So, here it is the second morning of my small changes..
Yesterday went well, I didn't have a pop all day, i watched what I ate, and drank plenty of water. I did some house work, so I am hoping that counted for my exercise lol.
Instead of a Little Debbie cake last nite when everyone else was having one, I had a bagel. Not sure if that was a whole lot healthier, but I felt I was making the better choice, so that could help down the road.
Still excited to see what changes this can bring! =)
So far this morning it is good...
Slice of cheese, bottle of water...
I will keep you updated on how it is going...
